As a Food & Beverage professional with twenty years experience at some of the most lauded hospitality groups in the world, Chaowalit Thinsaku has spent his career managing some of the industry’s top teams.

Chaowalit has extensive experience in pre-opening, having successfully opened Four Seasons, Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, Okura Prestige Bangkok and Thanyapura Hospitality Group, Phuket.

Chaowalit has served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Okura Prestige Bangkok, Thanyapura Hospitality Group, Phuket, and Banyan Tree Phuket, as well as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons, Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, Four Seasons Bangkok, the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, and Assistant General Manager at the Blue Elephant London. He has also consulted for Cheval Blanc Randheli by LVMH.

Chaowalit brings with him a long history of experience and success  in pre-opening, food and beverage safety standards, developing restaurant concept statements, and overall Food and Beverage operations and administration.
