With a twenty-year career in the tourism industry, Noelene Henderson draws on her extensive experience in hospitality and tourism in her role as Sales & Marketing and L.E.A.P. specialist for 365Playground, putting into practice both her passion for Asia and her wealth of knowledge in her chosen fields.
Developing her sales and marketing skills in both Australia and Asia in the luxury hotel, airline and other related tourism sectors, Noelene’s former positions include 13 years with market leader Singapore Airlines, the opening of the highly lauded Hotel de la Paix in Cambodia, and most recently Director of Sales & Marketing for Ritz Carlton Hotel Company’s luxurious Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Bali.
During her time at the Hotel de la Paix in Cambodia, Noelene was the driving force in the creation and implementation of the hotel’s social responsibility program. Through Noelene’s work at the Hotel de la Paix a sewing school was opened for underprivileged young adults, exemplifying the philosophy that quality hotels have an ideal opportunity to provide assistance to the communities in which they operate, creating positive change to all key stakeholders.
Noelene’s extensive experience in setting up the sales and marketing division of the Hotel de la Paix was taken to a new level with her appointment as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Bulgari Resort Bali – the Italian designers flagship luxury resort in Asia and her in depth knowledge of the high end consumer together with luxury properties proves invaluable in her role at 365Playground.
Well-travelled throughout her career, Noelene is now based in Australia, bringing to 365Playground a wealth of insider knowledge of the Australian market. Noelene has an intuitive grasp of client properties and their competitors, creating unique opportunities for our clients and helping increase growth and potential. Aside from her Sales & Marketing skills, Noelene has pioneered the L.E.A.P. (Life Enhancement Assistance Program) with 365Playground, fusing social responsibility with environmental common sense and creating a unique set of programs at the core of 365Playground’s development philosophy.
