Nora worked with the exclusive Bequia Estate where she managed the execution of refurbishment projects in all areas of the estate, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping & Kids Facilities.
As a Guest Services, Front Desk & Residential specialist, Nora provides the highest, top level personalized guest and concierge service to all clients. She personally guarantees the care of top VIPs, including royal families, political leaders, and A-list celebrities.
In addition, Nora works to ensure that the Guest Services department of any brand is managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements, and adheres to the brand’s policies, procedures and brand standards.
