Chocolate Innovation

Creative thinking and design plus chocolate equals this completely absorbing video. Dutch designer Wieki Somers partnered with Freiburg based chocolatier Rafael Mutter, to create this amazing chocolate mill for the “Vitra Design Museum’s Confrontations: Contemporary Dutch Design” exhibition.

Watch as this seemingly huge slab of chocolate (made up of smaller pieces of different types of chocolate, arranged just so) is worn away to reveal new, embedded geometric patterns.
