While only half an hour away from the beaches of the Gold Coast, the area’s temperate climate has ideal grape growing conditions. It is a spectacular wine region featuring boutique wineries and vineyards set in the beautiful rainforests of Mount Tamborine and the emerald countryside of Albert River and Canungra, with many located in picturesque settings.

Spoil yourself at superb restaurants, vineyard tours and cheese tastings, or simply order one of these gourmet picnics filled with fresh produce and antipasto in grassy knolls overlooking vineyard slopes, while witnessing wildlife in their native.
