Two Incredible Chefs at The Chedi Muscat

Take a peek at this gorgeous photo compilation of the culinary works of Sebastien Cassagnol and Andras Arvay, two past colleagues of 365Playground founder, Martin Michalik. Cassagnol was appointed the Executive Chef at The Chedi Muscat in 2012, after having worked as a chef at such renowned names as Jean-Georges at his Paris’ Market location, St. Regis Bora Bora, and Anassa in Cyprus.

After having worked at Nobu in Budapest, Arvay recently joined The Chedi Muscat, introducing a new Asian themed menu at the Long Pool Cabana, one of the hotel’s outdoor dining outlets. His interpretation of Asian favorites are well-received for both their beauty and their eclectic combinations and delicious tastes.

Martin Michalik is incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to work with both these great chefs, and for all  they have accomplished in their careers.
