Heston Blumenthal, Chef of the Decade

Outrageous ideas will get you far in the culinary universe — Heston Blumenthal, whose restaurant Dinner is ranked top 10 in the world, and is well-known for his innovative molecular food creations, was recently crowned Chef of the Decade by Observer Food Monthly.

Blumenthal’s celebrity status was cemented through his cutting edge experimentations at his restaurant The Fat Duck, which has three Michelin stars and ranks 33rd on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. He’s crafted some of his best creations for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and is a popular and well-known face on British television.
