First, the exceptionally spacious Grand Sunset Residence showcases three bedrooms, a private 50 sq. m. swimming pool, and an outdoor living and dining area where all guests can enjoy meals prepared by a private chef. The Residence includes two complimentary luxury golf buggies for an enjoyable ride around the island as well as the latest technology including Bang & Olufsen BeoCom5 telephones, Apple iPads and 55-inch LCD televisions with built in Bose surround sound systems.

Created from two separate villas set on a long stretch of beach front, the Grand Sunset Residence includes a personal Smeg Wine Cellar bar, espresso and tea making machine, a built-in steam room, couple-sized rain shower room with outdoor lagoon access, decadent soaking tubs and a private ocean-facing pergola. All these thoughtfully conceived touches allow guests to enjoy treatments, yoga and relaxation within the comfort of their own villas.

For exclusive dining, shaded verandas include a generous outdoor seating area, with meals prepared by the Residence’s private chef in a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbeque. Continuing in their spirit of innovation, One & Only Reethi Rah also recently enhanced their popular over-water villas, adding private pools to the Grand Water villas.
