Spa “add-ons” entice customers to return

Resense chief executive Kasha Shillington says that spas need to pay attention to maintenance treatments to stay competitive. Resense has launched a program of free “add-on” services that give customers a bit of extra pampering and encourage them to come back. Q Hotels has also highlighted maintenance to help balance therapists’ schedules, an effort that has paid off with more nail treatments and fewer massages.
