“The Best Dish I ever Tasted in Colombia”, Kirk Westaway, South-East Asia.

Kirk Westaway of Singapore’s JAAN restaurant is the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 South East Asian region finalist. The 29-year-old sous chef will showcase his signature dish, called Forest Pigeon, at the Grand Final in Milan, the 26th pf June. He spoke to us ahead of the big event.
