Zannie is a PR and communications specialist with more than eight years of experience in launching and promoting luxury hotels and resorts in online and print media, as well as consistently securing awards for these properties.

After graduating from Ryerson University’s highly acclaimed Hospitality & Tourism Management programme in 2002, Zannie’s hospitality career began at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. She established and maintained media relationships with key editors, journalists and bloggers at major lifestyle and travel publications and websites in Asia, Dubai, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom and worldwide.

In her career, Zannie worked with award-winning luxury hotels and resorts such as Four Seasons Hotels Singapore, Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, InterContinental Singapore, One&Only Reethi Rah Maldives and Le Richemond Geneva.

With a history of providing senior counsel to the hotel’s executive committee, Zannie’s expertise is in media relations, strategic campaign planning, social media outreach, and media kit development, specializing in luxury hotels and resorts.

During her tenure with InterContinental Singapore, she helped raise the level of service and secured two finalist nominations for the hotel’s top employees in the “Best Tourism Host” category for Singapore Tourism Board’s annual Tourism Awards.

During her employment at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, the hotel also won numerous accolades including “Hotel of the Year” by Singapore Tourism Board and “Best Hotel in Asia” by Condé Nast Traveler.

The combined expertise of working within the hospitality field and the communications sector gives her the unique ability to discover newsworthy angles and stories for hotels and resorts. She is an accomplished PR professional with an insight into the travel mindset and able to secure placements in top lifestyle and travel publications to execute effective media campaigns.
