365Playground is happy to announce the addition of our newest team member, Nora Isakhanova. Nora has enjoyed a long career in hospitality, with a focus in Guest Relations and Front Desk. With extensive experience at such luxury brands as One&Only Reethi Rah, Nora is adept at handling the specialized needs of a wide range of clientele. As a Guest Services, Front Desk & Residential specialist, Nora provides the highest, top level of personalized guest and concierge service to all clients. She personally guarantees the care of top VIPs, including royal families, political leaders, and A-list celebrities.

In addition, Nora works to ensure that the Guest Services department of any brand is managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements, and adheres to the brand’s policies, procedures and brand standards.

Nora is fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek, and has invaluable experience and capabilities working within diverse environments, with clear communication and decision-making skills under crucial conditions.
