365Playground Welcomes New Team Member, Jimmy Karl

365Playground is thrilled to announce the addition of Christian “Jimmy” Karl to our team. Jimmy is highly experienced within the hospitality industry, with a long history as a chef at several well-known brands, including Nobu London, One&Only Reethi Rah,  Anantara, Sri Panwa and more.

Jimmy has created private service and dinners for such high profile guests as political figures, athletes, actors and even royalty, including His Majesty Carl-Gustav of Sweden.

He has an Advanced Diploma in European Culinary Management, as well as a European Food & Beverage Service Certificate, both from the DCT Hotel & Business Management School in Vitznau, Switzerland.

Jimmy brings to 365Playground his considerable talents and experience in everything from his skills as Executive Chef to F&B Guest Relations, quality control, menu development and dining concepts.
